Site and state excellence. Ranking #1 nationwide in pass-through highways, Indiana is within a one-day drive of 60% of the U.S. population. With the site's proximity to both I-70 and the I-465 ring around Indianapolis, I-70, I-65, I-74 and I-69 are all within a 30-minute drive. Locally, a variety of county roads offer quick access to state roads and interstates for both civilian and commercial traffic,

Planned Improvements. Ongoing efforts to create a shovel-ready industrial Megasite are in development; these plans aim improve truck and vehicular access to the site along the existing county roads and right of ways. Among these plans is the addition of another I-70 interchange slated to commence within three years. Plans also include reconstruction of existing roads, heavy duty pavement sections, and additional travel lanes to support increased traffic - I-70 reconstruction and lane expansion has already begun to create a six-lane interstate adjacent to the Megasite. These plans may be modified to meet the access needs for a Megasite tenant to provide more direct access to I-70.
